Former President Donald Trump plans to launch a fourth set of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) called “America First Edition.”
Former US President Donald Trump is scheduled to release his fourth exclusive package of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) after the mixed performance of his previous three packages, as his new package – called “America First Edition” – was announced through a promotional video published yesterday, August 27, during which Trump presented artistic creations that include pictures of him showing him dancing and holding coins bearing the Bitcoin logo (Bitcoin-BTC).

It is clear how supportive Crypto communities are for Republicans after the party updated its platform to include industry welcome phrases: Ripple donated $1 million to the Commonwealth Unity Fund on May 15 to support hard-core candidate John Deaton against current Senator Elizabeth Warren in the upcoming Republican primary.

Trump’s exclusive NFTs: Why their recent rise in value could signal a radical shift?
The announcement of the new NFTs package coincided with the rise in the value of Trump’s unique non-fungible tokens (NFTs) after the recent assassination attempt on the former president while attending a campaign rally in Pennsylvania; according to data from Magic Eden, the value of Trump’s first NFTs doubled, with the value of one item rising from $225 to currently reach $452 across secondary stores, but remains below the all-time high of $769 recorded in February of 2023.
Last week, 272 unique NFTs were sold to Trump for 32.27 Ethereum (ETH), worth nearly $111,000, while Trump’s second NFTs group saw greater sales growth, with a 632% increase in volumes across the OpenSea Store, reaching 13.52 ETH. However, despite the increased trading momentum, the lowest price remained at around $66, 30% lower than the high of $93.
However, items from Trump’s third NFTs package — called “Mugshot Edition,” launched in December 2023 — are not fully sold out, and sales did not move between March and May, with an average minimum price of around $100 each.
Finally, in addition to his projects in the field of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), Trump’s campaign has opened the door to receiving donations using cryptocurrencies, and the Federal Election Commission reported that about $3 million of the $331 million raised by his campaign last quarter came from donations using digital currencies, underscoring the growing role of digital assets in politics.
